It works alongside our Terms & Conditions, which cover the commercial terms of your subscription, billing, and legal liability. If there is a conflict between the two, the Terms & Conditions govern billing and liability matters, and this Terms of Use governs day-to-day use of the platform.
Subject to your compliance with this policy, RatingsFly grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for generating review suggestions, QR codes, and analytics for your own business. This license does not permit resale, sublicensing, or use of the Service on behalf of unrelated third parties without our written consent.
RatingsFly is built around Google's guidelines for reviews. To keep every business using our Service compliant, you and your customers agree to the following:
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that we reasonably believe are being used to generate fake, incentivized, or otherwise non-compliant reviews.
You agree not to:
Any content you submit to the Service (such as business descriptions, uploaded logos, or custom messages) remains your property, but you grant RatingsFly a limited license to host, display, and process that content solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload, including logos and photos.
Access to certain features (such as unlimited businesses, WhatsApp campaigns, or agency dashboards) may be limited or gated based on your subscription plan, as described on our Pricing page. We may introduce reasonable technical limits (such as rate limits on AI generations) to maintain fair usage and platform stability for all customers.
We may suspend or restrict your access to the Service, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated this policy, engaged in fraudulent or abusive behavior, or if required to do so by law or a request from Google or a payment processor.
We may add, modify, or remove features of the Service at any time to improve functionality, security, or compliance with third-party policies (including Google's). We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes that affect your use of the Service.
This Terms of Use policy is governed by the laws of India and is subject to the same jurisdiction clause set out in our Terms & Conditions.
