These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("Customer", "you") and RatingsFly ("RatingsFly", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the RatingsFly website, dashboard, and related services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
RatingsFly is the Google Review Growth System: a platform that helps local businesses generate AI-assisted review suggestions, share QR codes and links with customers, run WhatsApp campaigns, and track funnel analytics. Customers who scan your QR code or open your link always read, may edit, and personally submit their own review directly on Google — RatingsFly never posts, edits, or submits reviews on anyone's behalf.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
RatingsFly is offered on a single Google Review Growth System plan for one business, available in the following billing cycles:

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no partial refunds are provided for the remaining period except as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change our prices with at least 30 days' notice; continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
New accounts start with a 30-day free trial with full access to the Google Review Growth System. No charge is made during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your chosen billing cycle will begin automatically and your payment method will be charged. You may cancel at any time during the trial from your account dashboard at no cost.
Detailed rules on how you and your customers may use the Service, including our zero-tolerance policy on fake or incentivized reviews, are set out in our Terms of Use, which forms part of these Terms.
The Service, including its software, design, branding "RatingsFly", logos, and all related content, is owned by RatingsFly or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service; you receive only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your internal business purposes.
The Service integrates with or links to third-party services such as Google Maps/Search, WhatsApp, and payment gateways. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of these third-party services, which are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will result in any specific number or rate of reviews.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RatingsFly and its officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold RatingsFly harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service (including generating fake or incentivized reviews), or for non-payment. You may terminate your account at any time from your dashboard. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, though certain provisions of these Terms (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
